Equipment is separated by type, counted and sent on to reuse, recovery or authorized recycling.

Before your pickup

A few minutes of preparation makes collection quicker. Tick items off as you go.

Request a pickup

Group items by type: computers, displays, peripherals, cables.Back up and remove data you need, then tell us which devices hold sensitive data.Remove personal items such as SIM cards, memory cards and discs.Keep batteries separate and let us know about them.Place items where our team can reach them easily.Note the access route, floor and contact person for the visit.
